A very popular Indian dish which is mild in heat, it’s a smooth thick and creamy gravy. For this dish the cottage cheese (Paneer) is marinated and grilled, then the Paneer cubes are boiled in the thick tomato gravy with a dash of cream and butter. Its best served with Naan bread or rice for that thick creamy goodness.
